💅 7-Day Fix Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your nails. If something doesn’t feel right with your manicure or pedicure, please let us know — we’re happy to fix it free of charge within 7 days of your original appointment.

📅 Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

If a client does not arrive for their appointment and we do not receive a cancellation notice (no call, message, or response), the appointment will be considered a No-Show. In this case, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

An active card on file is required for booking.

Planning a birthday, bridal party, or special event? We love hosting groups!

Group bookings require advance notice and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time and technicians. For larger parties, cancellation policies may vary.

Please contact us directly so we can customize the experience and make your event special.

💳 Payments & Gratuity

Gratuity is not included. A minimum of 20% is appreciated to recognize the hard work and talent of our nail technicians via Zelle / Venmo or Cash.
